An experienced technician comes twice a year for preventive  maintenance. They are very friendly and answer any questions you may have. Calling the office is another great experience.  The customer service is exceptional 👌. System contines to meet my expectations since installed. I definitely would suggest that new customers use the preventive maintenance program as it is well worth the cost to avoid costly repairs when outside the warranty as well as extending the life of the system.
